Hi, I’m Dillon – owner and lead inspector.

I was born and raised right here in the Ozarks. I grew up fishing the White River, hunting the Mark Twain forest, and helping my dad build and fix houses on weekends. That hands-on experience taught me how homes in this part of Missouri are really put together – from century-old farmhouses with hand-hewn beams to brand-new lakefront builds with 14-foot crawl spaces most inspectors never want to enter.

Before starting Ozarks Inspection Company, I spent 5 years in construction. I’ve been on hundreds of roofs, crawled more attics than I can count, and fixed plenty of the exact issues I now look for every day. I also spent 8 years as a Law Enforcement Officer in Southwest Missouri. That experience taught me how to spot the little things others might miss, stay calm in tense situations, and write reports that are clear and accurate - the exact skills I bring to every home inspection.

I started this company for one simple reason: I got tired of watching good people buy homes in the Ozarks and then get blindsided by problems that should have been caught. Around here, homes sit on limestone, have well water, septic systems, and roofs that take a beating from ice and wind. You need an inspector who actually understands Ozarks houses – not someone who learned everything from a 2-week online course in Florida.
